A child’s educational journey does not end when they gain access to a classroom. For young people at BJCK, the goal is to create pathways that allow them to keep moving forward.
In 2025, three BJCK young people progressed to university. Their journeys represent years of persistence: learning, navigating barriers, receiving support and continuing to pursue opportunities despite circumstances that could easily have interrupted their education.
For us, university is not simply an academic achievement. It is evidence that when young people are given sustained support and real opportunities, they can build futures beyond the limits placed around them.
